Linlithgow Community Development Trust will respect any personal data you share with us and will keep it safe. It is our aim to be clear when and how we collect your personal data and not do anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect. Our privacy policy tells you what we will do with your information.

What personal data do we collect?

• We receive your personal information from our website via our online registration form when you become a member of LCDT or via our website contact form. This information will consist of some or all of the following:

• Your name
• Company Name
• Contact Details
• E-mail Address
• Marketing Preferences
• Membership level

If you are a User of EH49 Hub, we will also receive your information via our online booking system. This will include

• Name
• Email
• Tel Number
• Payment Details

EH49 Hub user details Information is gathered via two booking platforms, Acuity Scheduler and Stripe for card payment processing.

We will mainly use your data to:
• Keep a record of your relationship with us.
• Share relevant news & updates with you.
• Respond to your query
• Process payment for services rendered
• Understand how we can improve our services to you.

Direct marketing

With your consent, we will contact you to share news & updates from LCDT – We make it easy for you to tell us how you want us to communicate, in a way that suits you. If you wish to opt out at any time in the future – that’s absolutely fine, please just let us know by selecting the ‘unsubscribe button at the foot of our emails or contact us at hello@trust-linlithgow.org.uk

We do not sell or share personal details with third parties for the purposes of marketing.
Where we collect information about you from

We collect information in the following ways:

When you give it to us directly.

You may give us your information via our website when you request information or make contact with LCDT

When you give permission to other organisations to share it.

Depending on your settings or the privacy policies for social media and messaging services like Facebook, WhatsApp or Twitter, you might give us permission to access information from those accounts or services.

When we collect it as you use our website.

We may need to disclose your details if deemed necessary to law enforcement and we will only ever share your data in other circumstances if we have your explicit and informed consent.

You have a right to ask us to stop processing your personal data. If it’s not necessary for the purpose you provided it to us, then we will do so at your request.
